He is General Counsel, member of the corporate bodies and strategic adviser of several companies present in several sectors of activity. His strong commitment to the companies he advises allowed him to accumulate a special competence in top management advisory.

He is also Insolvency Administrator, Mediator, Arbitrator and Compliance Officer of several Spanish companies.

As a consultant, he’s always focused on the Client and on the thorough understanding of its specific businesses. That’s why he’s permanently requested by new investors and corporations to participate in international transactions and asset reorganization projects.

He’s also Arbitrator at the Portuguese-Spanish Chamber of Commerce and Industry Arbitration Centre, Data Protection Officer, and member of the statutory bodies of several private companies and entities.
